About CasaSheet
A Carfax report and a listing flyer, if they had a baby. Type any US address and CasaSheet compiles what it is actually like to live there onto a single 8.5×11 sheet: schools, dining, everyday convenience, parks and the local market.
US real estate agents, and the buyers they walk through the door. Agents hand it over at a showing, attach it to a listing email, or text the link. Nothing to design, nothing to assemble. Every sheet looks finished.
Address in, sheet out, in about a minute. Take it as a print-ready two-page PDF, a high-resolution image, or a share link that opens in any browser. Page two carries the full data disclosures.
CasaSheet compiles data from third-party sources. It can be incomplete or out of date, and it is not professional, financial, legal or real estate advice. It creates no client or agency relationship. Verify anything you intend to rely on. Every sheet carries a small “Powered by CasaSheet” line.

Questions agents ask
What is CasaSheet?
CasaSheet is a web app that turns any US street address into a one-page property report. You type an address and CasaSheet compiles the assigned schools, nearby restaurants, everyday convenience, parks and the local market onto a single 8.5×11 sheet, readable in under a minute and print-ready. Take it as a PDF, as an image, or as a link you can text to a client.
Is there a US version of HoodQ?
CasaSheet is the US answer to HoodQ. HoodQ produces neighborhood reports for Canadian addresses and does not cover the United States, which leaves American agents without an equivalent. CasaSheet covers US addresses and condenses the same idea (schools, parks, convenience, dining and the local market) onto one page instead of a multi-page booklet.
What is on a CasaSheet report?
A CasaSheet report carries five bands on one 8.5×11 page, in this order: Schools (assigned schools, ratings, grade levels, distance), Neighborhood eats (how many places, what kind, how good), Convenience (grocery, pharmacy, gas, coffee), Outdoors & parks (parks, trails and green space within reach), and Market snapshot (median price, the 12-month trend, days on market). Page two of the two-page report carries the full data disclosures and names the sources behind each band.
How do I make a neighborhood report for a listing?
Open CasaSheet, type the property's street address, and generate. The sheet comes back with schools, dining, everyday convenience, parks and the local market already laid out. There is nothing to design and nothing to assemble. Print the PDF for an open house, save the image for a listing post, or send the link to a buyer.
Who is CasaSheet for?
CasaSheet is built for US real estate agents and the buyers they walk through the door. An agent hands the sheet over at a showing, attaches it to a listing email, or texts the link. Homebuyers can also generate sheets on CasaSheet directly, for addresses they are considering.
How much does CasaSheet cost?
CasaSheet is $65 a month, or about $43 a month paid yearly. You pay for eight months and get four free. One plan, unlimited sheets, cancel any time. There are no tiers to compare and no per-report fee. A free account can generate any address, but school ratings and the market snapshot stay fuzzed until you subscribe.
What formats can I download?
Every CasaSheet report is available three ways: a print-ready two-page PDF sized for US Letter (8.5×11 inches), a high-resolution PNG image for slides and social posts, and a share link that opens in any browser with nothing to install.
Is CasaSheet a CMA tool?
CasaSheet is not a CMA tool. A CMA (comparative market analysis) is a pricing document built for a listing appointment, and tools like Cloud CMA exist to produce one. CasaSheet is a client-facing neighborhood sheet about what it is actually like to live at an address: schools, food, errands, parks and the local market. Agents use CasaSheet with buyers, not to price a listing.
Can I customize the design or add my own logo?
CasaSheet does not offer custom logos or colors today. Every CasaSheet report uses one considered design. There are zero templates to choose between and nothing to lay out, so every sheet comes out finished. Each sheet carries a small “Powered by CasaSheet” line.
Where does CasaSheet get its data?
CasaSheet buys normalized data from third-party providers and names the sources for each band on page two of every sheet. It can be incomplete or out of date, and it is not professional, financial, legal or real estate advice. It creates no client or agency relationship. Verify anything you intend to rely on.
